Refund policy

All sales are FINAL.

Returns: As everything is made as ordered, I will not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there is ever a situation that an order needs to be canceled, there will be a 20% cancellation fee.

Issues with an order: If there is ever an issue with a purchase, contact me at valleymadeclothingco@gmail.com and we will find a solution. 

TAT: My standard TAT is 7-10 business days, but keep an eye on the Facebook group and the banner at the top of the website, as I will post any updates about my TAT in those places.
